Ruben has over 25 years of executive management experience with domestic and international companies in the construction, engineering, energy and utilities sectors. In the last 12 of those years, Ruben has served as a SVP, COO and CEO of development, investment and construction firms in the renewable space, including tenures with Swinerton Renewable Energy, Chevron, TerraNavigator and Ameresco. A Columbia graduate, Ruben has an MBA and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego.
